Reminder System

Our practice is committed to offering you the very best in preventative medicine. Reception Staff will seek your permission to include you and your family members in our reminder system. This system send reminders for routine recalls and ongoing health reminders

SMS appointment reminders are sent on the day before your booked appointment. Please reply Yes or No as this allows the staff to secure your appointment time or allocate that time to another person.

Missed appointments without reasonable reason will be charged $30.

Patients who repeatedly miss appointments without reason may be asked to make appointments on the day and not in advance.

If you don’t wish to be included in the recall process please inform your Doctor or the front desk staff and this decision will be noted in your medical record.
